ARRIVING LATE: please note, if you arrive late for your appointment your service(s) may be shortened (or rescheduled) so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. The regular service price will apply.
CANCELLATIONS: please provide 12hr notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
NO SHOWS: no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) and must be paid prior to rebooking.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: unopened products with accompanying receipt may be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged or returned.
GIFT CARDS: gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHODS: we accept cash, Interact, Visa and Mastercard. We DO NOT accept American Express.
CHILDREN: in consideration of other guests and the safety of your child, please do not bring children with you to your appointment. We do allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: all children under the age of 18 years old must have an adult sign their initial consultation form. It is the guardians responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior.
TANNING: absolutely no tanning under the age of 18.
